Trekking in the Ligurian Hinterland
The area around Albenga and the Centa Valley offers trails for every level, from gentle paths through vineyards and olive groves to scenic trails on the hills. Corte Celestiale’s hillside location is the ideal starting point for discovering the most authentic Liguria on foot. The trails are accessible year-round, even in winter.
Recommended Routes
- Sentiero degli Ulivi: Starting from Salea, it crosses centuries-old olive groves with sea views – 5 km, easy
- Alta Via dei Monti Liguri: The great ridge trail that crosses the whole of Liguria – accessible from several nearby points
- Albenga Loop: A circular route between the plain and the first hills – 12 km, easy
- Monte Carmo: For the more experienced, a 1,389 m peak with spectacular views – 15 km, difficult
